If I, a 16 year old, could do it; you can definately do it. I had school and a crazy hyper puppy. But, what'd I do? I had him trained in a week. A WEEK. This is a very effective method, BUT you HAVE TO commit to it. If you don't do it everytime you go outside with the dog, you can't expect their behavior to be consistent.
